Thank you for choosing our cabin for your north woods getaway. We are certain that you will find your stay as enjoyable and relaxing as we do. Please review the following rate schedule and apply your requirements to this rental agreement form. Upon return of the agreement accompanied by the applicable security deposit we will confirm and reserve the dates of your stay. You may cancel your reservation and have your security deposit refunded providing a 60-day notice of cancellation is given in advance of your reservation date. After your stay, the property will be inspected. If it is left in an orderly fashion and has not been damaged, your security deposit will be returned. Should you choose to do so, we will retain your security deposit to reserve the dates of your next stay. This will assure that you will secure your reservation dates for the following year. Please allow 14 days for the return of your deposit. Payment in full is required 2 weeks prior to your reservation date. This payment is for the full rental amount. The security deposit should not be deducted from this payment and will be returned as stated above. Example based on weekly rate: $450.00 security deposit submitted with the rental agreement - $1,475.00 rental payment 2 weeks prior to your reservation date - if the cabin is left in an orderly fashion your $450.00 security deposit is returned within 14 days. The same payment procedure will apply to nightly rentals.

Weekly rates up to 6 people: $1,475.00 per week. $25.00 per night for each additional person. Maximum of 12 people. Children 5 and under stay free. Deposit is $450.00. Weekly time is Saturday-to-Saturday or as otherwise agreed upon. Check in time is 2:00 PM . Check out time is 9:00 AM .

Daily and weekend rates up to 6 people: $230.00 per night. $25.00 per night for each additional person. Maximum of 12 people. Children 5 and under stay free. A 2-night minimum is required. Deposit is $230.00. Check in time is 2:00 PM . Check out time is 9:00 AM . Call or Email for consideration of special nightly requests.

Pontoon boat rates: $625.00 per week or $140.00 per day. It will not be possible to monitor the use of the pontoon boat. We ask that you use the pontoon boat only for the number of days you have rented it. Your cooperation will be greatly appreciated. Gas is not provided. There will be a full tank of gas upon your arrival. Please fill the tank when you leave to insure the next guest also has a full tank upon their arrival. There will be two 5-gallon gas cans at the cabin for your use. You will be required to fill them up as necessary at the gas station of your choice.
